Programme Outline
The MSc in International Economics and Business is a unique programme that teaches students both the specific skills of business economics and the broader knowledge of economics, and then sets this learning in an integrated context. Across the course of a year, you tackle economic issues such as strategic new business ventures, worldwide income distribution and financial management, while at the same time discussing budgets, trade, migration, and the way that businesses and finance overlap with other social sciences. You learn through a mix of theory and case studies, handle genuine data from different firms and financial markets, build up links with professional organisations, and hone your skills in research and analysis. What’s more, you also have the freedom and flexibility to focus on the subjects that are of most interest to you by choosing one of the following study tracks:
- International Management
- International Financial Economics
- International Ventures and Entrepreneurship
- Globalisation and Development
